I created a group on a perhaps the most popular social media site Facebook which allows users to take the codes of different genes and manipulate them, ultimately mutating genes. I think this is an interesting notion and pushes the use of social media further than previous experiments have done. I would really like to create a programme that allows users to do this, however getting to grips with how to do this is fairly challenging.
